Morning practice: Monday-Friday, 10 and under: 7-8, 11 and up: 8-9:30

Night time practices, for those who can not attend morning practices will start Monday July 2nd at 6:30-7:30pm; please talk to a coach before attending.

Swim Team Picnic: Monday, July 30th @ 4:30pm
Counties Release Forms - Please come fill this sheet out ASAP. We are
required to have parent timers for a couple days during counties. If not,
our swimmers are not allowed to participate. Please help us out!

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS:

1. Thursday July 19th: Evening practice at 6:30pm may be cancelled due to the weather. 
    An email notification will be sent out this afternoon.

2. Swim Meet at Saddle River Valley: Saturday July 21st 8am warm-up, 9am start

3. Monday July 23rd: NO MORNING PRACTICE! However, the TIE DYE PARTY will be at 4:30pm Monday afternoon.

        * This is a team fundraiser so catered food from Mahwah Pizza and Pasta will be available to purchase.
        * Please bring a white clothing item. All tie dye materials will be provided. 
        * Siblings are allowed to join in the fun for an extra $4!

5. Wednesday July 25th: HOME MEET has been rescheduled for this evening versus Washington Township.

6. GIRLS' NIGHT MAKE-UP PARTY: Thursday July 26th... Details coming soon :)
